You really think there's no difference between using a known event, a tragedy, that happened to a poster, as a joke, and making sick jokes in general? I make sick jokes all the time, what I have never done is make jokes about the Clutha vaults after I knew someone on here was personally touched by the events. So I'm not cherry picking at all, i'm simply unwilling to use someone's personal background to get at them, or to go out of my way to offend people. You know, like Toby has just done out of sheer spite? Its a slippery slope, that's all I'm saying.
