LVG will be happy as United dominated possession. But I was afraid it was going to be that outcome. With so many of our regulars injured especially carrick it was always going to be a tough task. Maureen was going to win but why defend that much against a makeshift new defence?

You gimp You only dominated possession because Chelsea refused to be sucked out in midfield, especially in the second half they were disciplined and they could not press with Drogba and Hazard and Fabergas so they did exactly the right thing.
Most of your domination of possession was in areas where you could do no damage.
Chelsea did not park the bus today, I'd be the first to accuse htem of that, they were solid, got their goal and defended well.
Then vG took off some of his best players and replaced them with ****e Di maria and jermanjizzy who were utterly ineffective apart from one good ball by Di Maria which he overshadowed by several failed simple passes, even Rooney gave him **** for being ****

Nah I'm not furious. Got no reason to be. Sometimes you don't always get what you deserve although you played well and had a lot of the ball. However thi was always going to happen due to the way we set up. You're definitely on the up and will be in the mix next season for sure.

Not that upset we've lost as it was always going to be a tough task against the champions elect and we've got so many key injuries. Yes our target this year was always going to be 4th (small club mentality? No just realistic) and if we do that this year, then next years will be the title.
