So that's why Mourinho was at the Rotherham game. Don't want to be wet rag but in the first 10 minutes of that match Marcus was like a rabbit caught in the headlights but then Jose no doubt took account of our awful defending and in a different envoronment who knows? Trust this isn't why we brought in Richard Lee, who seems to have disappeared.
I think the story only emerged because Mourinho was at the game. It's not entirely inconceivable that he just fancied going to a match in his local area. Richard Lee was brought in because we only had 2 senior goalkeepers available and one of them is Kiraly. He's retiring at the end of the season so he's not a replacement for Betts. Also with Betts being a Fulham man and him being 1st choice here I don't see him fancying going to Chelsea and sitting on the bench at this stage in his career.
