Get the Red Bull's, Williams and McLaren's in that mix and we could get some racing again. Hopefully they don't go mixing up the regs too soon. It's slowly leveling out.
Delighted Vettel got ahead of Rosbgerg. Hopefully Hamilton and Vettel will have a great scrap and Hamilton will win - with Rosberg a distance 3rd or hopefully behind that with Kimi, Massa and Bottas ahead!
Vettel won two of his titles in the last race of the season, one from third in the WDC, they just didn't involve Mr Media.
Hamilton just said something that makes me understand what's missing from Rosberg.... He doesn't go into the race with a set plan, he just gets prepared to adjust to whatever is thrown at him. Maybe Rosberg depends too much on a set plan when when that goes out the window he simply doesn't know how to adjust? Vettel adjusted and did a great final run why couldn't Rosberg adjust? He said he was concentrating on race too much in Q2 that it messed up his Q3. Is he a bit too robotic in that you punch in data and he operates on that?
This is true. It's really the past two seasons that have been major bore fests. Hopefully this one gets spiced up a bit.
Watch out for the Williams pair in the first corner though, they usually fly off the starting line. That run to the first corner will be very important.
Hamilton would of hoped Rosberg was behind him to shield from the Ferraris. Rosberg not doing his number 2 job
Rosberg claiming that he was put off by the team reminding him that his q2 tyres were his start tyres just doesn't hold any water given Hamilton got the same message. He's really clutching at straws. Vettel on the other hand is just totally rejuvenated this year. We might not have seen the best of Vettel yet, even with 4 titles already under his belt.
Clutching doesn't cover it. If a non-perfect lap means he's concerned about his next one, he should either go out and put a banker in on old tyres, or do what everyone else does and step up.
I just can't weigh him up at all... I know that losing the title must have been a gut punch, but you'd think he'd come out swinging. Instead he's not only letting Hamilton boss him, he's left the door wide open for Vettel to punish him for his bizarre spat at the start of the season (which Vettel turned in to a massive laugh). He's gotta get his head on straight and fast.
Well that was a bit of a surprise, over half a second between Ros and Ham. Set up for some excitement at least, looking forward to the outcome
So long as Hamilton or Vettel win and both finish ahead of Rosberg, I'll be a happy chappy. There's something humorous about his pouting.
