US is not as homophobic as Russia. Polls show 3/4 of population in US support gay marriage.

It's illegal to not serve gays in US. One state is trying to make it legal and received widespread condemnation.

In Russia such a poll would be classified as illegal because illegal to promote a gay lifestyle.

With UKIP having there manifesto independently costed by the Centre for Economic and Business Research, it raises the question, should all parties have to have an independently costed manifesto? It shows that a manifesto is financially viable and means the party have to account for any spending increase promises they make.

They've only costed for the direct costs of a withdrawal from Europe they've not factored in anything for loss of trade or taxation on exports that would result from that withdrawal, so it's not fully costed at all.
