Just wondered if any fellow not606-ers were going off to Switzerland for the pre-season tour? And if so what are your plans? I myself cannot wait, flying to Zurich on the Wednesday morning, then train to Beil watch the game, then train to St Gallen on the Friday to watch the game Saturday and then finally flying home via Munich on the following Tuesday. Cannot wait!
I Tend to stay away from pre-season games. not my cup of tea, allthough going abroad might be better. enjoy the trip Kingsland91
Would love to do that, sadly think i lack the funds but yeah that does sound brilliant how many people usually go to these pre season away games, shouldnt think its that many?
I know the club have a lot to do already pre season but it would be great if they could announce the tour earlier so fans could plan and save for the trip. On the flip side too many fans may be a hindrance and put unnecessary presures on players. Have a great trip and keep us all updated if you are able.
There were reports on OS and video on Player last year, so we're kept informed, but always nice if some fan could give real impressions. Wish I could go..have a fantastic time, guys.
Just a thought about how much everything has changed since this time last year. We've lost Markus, changed managers and got promoted. Makes you think, doesn't it.
Sure. We have had our knocks just like other clubs do, but NA & NC are creating a very positive animal in SFC and i am very very excited!!
I can think of better summer holidays, like going to kavos to smash some easy poon.... going to watch pre-season seems very boring.
No worries thats why I'm off to Bulgaria, Sunny Beach at the end of August/beginning of September. Encorporating the Bulgaria Vs England game whilst I'm at it! I will try and keep everyone informed of all goings on as such whilst I'm out there if possible. And zippysaint, in Munich I believe we are going for tours around the Allianz Areana and the Olympic Stadium, but hope to experiance some more of the culture. Anything else you could suggest?
I'm off to Magaluf the end of sepetember. we miss all the main club scence etc.. but by then all the pikeys have gone home, and we can just get on there beer with a nice chilled out buzz.
Looking at video and captions from Switzerland, I really envy the guys that made it out there. Looks fantastic. Wonder if the players will be allowed to jump in river this year. NA wil make them wear inflatable armbands I'm sure.
On OS, there is a free video of the storm hitting the area surrounding the hotel. Gone in 5 min..the storm not the hotel!
