Two of the top 4 in the Championship are going to miss out on a very high total of points. Bournemouth could conceivably get to 90 but miss out if Norwich and Watford gain maximum points. That would be very cruel!! Maximum points needed Cherries!! You can do it!!!

Apparently Boruc made one of the saves of the season tonight. Picked a good time to do it.

Well done to Bristol City. They deserve it as well. One of Preston, MK Dons and Swindon will miss out entirely. Could be two if the 5th or 6th placed teams secure win in the play-off final. Sheffield United have done nothing for weeks but because there has been little pressure from outside, they have switched

What a way for Bristol City to get promoted too, 6-0 away from home. What a night for their fans.

Southend need Wycombe to slip up.

Thought tonight was the night. 1-1 with Exeter, then Wycombe get a penalty in the 102nd, yep, and score. Win 2-1 - bollocks.

If they go up I say keep them there for a season and then bring them in to support in season after next's CL effort. If they don't go up see if they can move to a mid table NPC team.

Watford already 2-0 up at Forest. Looks like it's going to remain between 4 teams unless they have an awful second half.

Something will have to give tomorrow at the top of the Championship with Norwich and Boro playing manana. Might be best for Norwich to win then Bournemouth have the incentive to go back to the top on Saturday!!

Looking at the table and Bournemouth's GD, a draw would be sweet, as long as Bournemouth do the business on Saturday. That way, unless I'm mistaken They could be promoted with one game to spare if they win the next after that?

Such is AFCB's ambition I suppose that it goes without saying that they have made the playoffs. In fact, the top 3 of AFCB, Norwich and Watford are at least contesting the playoffs so far, if they don't get another point this season. Boro are almost guaranteed a place also.

Newport County footballer Chris Zebroski has been jailed for four years and four months for two attacks.

The 28-year-old striker admitted four charges of robbery, attempted robbery and assault relating to two incidents.

Swindon Crown Court heard he crashed his BMW into a taxi in December and attacked another taxi driver who filmed him when he got out of the car and tried to take his mobile phone.

He also assaulted and attempted to rob two men in February.

Zebroski, whose former clubs include Cheltenham, Bristol Rovers and Millwall, hit the taxi of Icowalik Vladimirej in Swindon on 14 December.

He played at Roots Hall on Tuesday night as a sub!

Mental - Tuesday night I'm writing about him playing football, Friday lunchtime he's jailed for four years.

    Crazy, like you said.
