I'd be playing him if it was up to me. Deserves a chance.

It's getting ridiculous now, why the feck is he not getting a chance??
Hes exactly what we need in our team, young, fast, direct with an eye for goal!

It's a strange one this, if he'd been at Everton he probably would have been in the team all season and ready for a 20+mill move to Chelsea. The only thing I can think of, his feet stink and they don't want him in the dressing room..<ok>

I really thought he would have made a few sub appearances by now as I think he would be a fantastic impact player for us..

Me too. It's been said on here lot's before, but look at the impact McClean had for us when he was bought in as a fired up young lad who was unknown to other teams!

He should definitely be on the bench for Stoke.

We lack pace and he has it. Simple

He had a pretty bad experience up at Hibernian - a broken leg, and a relegation season is a miserable enough time for anyone. So I'm not too unhappy that he was put back in the under-21s to re-charge his batteries and start to enjoy his football again. But he's been playing well all season, and the first team hasn't. I'm surprised he wasn't given his chance a bit earlier - say January to March. And certainly, he should be given it now. Fair does, the kid's earned it.

Got to be given the opportunity soon given our predicament in the goal area. Two pacy front men would give defenders alot to think about.

I am, Should have been out on a 4-5 month loan with a recall. No use playing a play in a level he's above and expect him to develop. His break wasn't a bad one and it healed ahead of schedule, not unusual for a young lad. He's wasted walking all over the u21 league. Hopefully he's training with the seniors full time now at least.

8 goals and 3 assists in 13 starts for a winger shows he's above the standard imo. Not to mention he can walk through midfield's and defences effortlessly in that league. Tailor made for the right side of a front three. Would have preferred him playing to his standard being tested.

Got to play the lad. To me start him at Stoke. Leave Fletcher out and have front three of Wickham, Defoe and Watmore. Would be great to have pace up front. We need inspiration. Nothing like a young lad coming in playing with no fear....it's "balls for glory time"....

I would prefer Watmore to come on as a sub at home, Stoke away is no place for inexperianced players imo. It looks like Liecester could be going for three in a row come on you Swans.

Seriously it's criminal now that this lad hasn't been give the odd sub appearance here and there someone else on here said of he was at Everton he'd have played all season and be linked with Chelsea, that's bang on for me

First one's a peach although the defending was a little loose.

Second one was a real poachers finish but again the defending was loose.

Moral of the post... We can't expect too much of him as he wont get that kind of time or space in the first team but he's shown enough to be given a crack.

They're playing under far less pressure as well mate, people overlook the fact that if he comes on and doesn't have a great game, or plays a **** game, it can take kids months to recover from setbacks like that, some players just never recover. I've seen players 'given a chance' at United who've just fallen flat on their face when put in the stadium on match day, even Pogba drowned on the occasion.

To me, it's suicide chucking a promising kid in with so much pressure on the club, yeah there's a fairytale element to it but that's all it is. If he's good enough, he should be on your bench at least every game next season.
