I´ve predicted a 1-1 for this game. Oh how I hope it´s more like 3-1. If Gomis is injured then I´m happy with that. I hope it´s not serious though & he´s back after the LC game. We really need to be at our best from now on & really have ago at every opponent till the end. Get the DEF right & we really do have a great chance of staying up. Gotta start with the team that started the second half at WBA for me. With all their injuries, i really hope that this doesn't end in a 0-0 after we have squandered a load of chances. Emnes hasn't had the best of times against us in recent seasons at Mboro, lets hope that continues They still have Williams at the back, and hes on good form this season (i wonder if the top 4 will come calling for him this summer?) so its not going to be as easy for for us thats for sure. Just out of interest, what would people do if it was 0-0 or 1-1 after 70 minutes, would you settle or go all out for all 3 points risking the point you already have?
Oliveira was injured last week as well and I'm not sure if he is fit. Our squad is severely depleted for tomorrows game due to injuries/suspensions/poor form. Having said that, when we least suspect it we have played some very good football with a depleted side - a 2-1 win over Arsenal is evidence of that. I think tomorrow could be a high scoring game - but one way only. I have a feeling Leicester will throw the kitchen sink at us. If it pays off you could give us a thumping. If it doesn't, we could use the open spaces to our advantage and score a few. I don't think there will be a middle ground tomorrow. I'm predicting with my heart: Foxes 1 Swans 3
But we're also not too reliant on strikers as such , a lot of our goals have come from the midfield , .KI. Sigurdsson, Shelvey ,Emnes even with his very brief appearances for us has either scored or been instrumental in getting a goal ,so I'm not too concerned about scoring but with Taylor now out due to suspension the back four won't be the strongest available but we still have the best PL keeper so that should calm the nerves a bit , a difficult game and one which should be fairly open , all we've got to lose is pride where as Leicester need the points .
Can I take a point now please??? Obviously all 3 would be good, with us winning 3-0 and Burnley losing, but back on planet reality I'd be reasonably happy with a point from this game.
