Great, I got one of the results correct at least, now for winning the last three.

Just had a look at the form tables for the last 6 games and Boro are currently 21st in the league away from home with only 4 points:

    21 Middlesbrough 6 1-1-4 3 10 -7 4 LLWLLD

We have 13 points from our last 6 at home:

Blimey, the preview of the 'Boro game is up already on whoscored.com :
    http://www.whoscored.com/Matches/830255/Preview/?

They forecast lots of cards to be shown, us to control the game, and us to win 2-1!

If only it was that simple, eh?

    EDIT:
Us at home vs 'Boro away

    Goals per game:------2 - 1
    Shots per game:-----19 - 12
    On Target:--------------6 - 3
    Conversion rate:---11% - 8%
    Shots conceded:---8.1 - 12.5
    Possession:--------58% - 50%
    Pass success:-----78% - 72%

    Excellent stats as usual, JK.

I was also surprised to see the Whoscored prediction up already as well. Unfortunately they also predict that Watford will beat Forest 2-1. :emoticon-0101-sadsm

Ta Rick. Can't take too much credit, it's simply gleaned from the interwebs.

To be honest, I agree with them on the Watford game. It'll be a very pleasant surprise if Forest get anything from it. They just haven't seemed 'up for it' since back when we beat them in March.

Forest did beat both Boro and Bournemouth at home recently, but you're probably right. Watford's away form is good at the moment.

    I just had a thought:
Alex Tettey has accrued 13 yellow cards this season. If he gets another 2 in the next 3 games, will he be suspended for the entirety of the playoffs (providing we don't make the autos of course)?

Is that definitely right? If so that's harsh. I thought play-offs don't count as league matches, like cups.

No idea how accurate it is to be honest. I know that players are punished for accruing 15 yellow cards in a season, I just don't know exactly what the punishment is.

I thought the cut off point for cards counting towards a ban was last Sunday. I doubt very much any will cause a ban.

That cut off point is for accumulating 10 yellows IIRC.
I think the cut off for 15 is the end of the season.

I would rather be promoted in the autos spot, but if we finish third and scummers sixth we can do the double double over them. Wouldn't that be sweet indeed. Doubled twice in the same season.
