I agree, I am just pointing out that the next guy after Redfearn is going to fair no better with the poor quality signings Cellino has made. I agree Redfearn needs replacing but a waste of time when we have Cellino in charge. Apart from another Hockaday what fool would want to coach us, nobody with any pedigree that is for sure. Some on here believe a new coach will get it right, looking to put 100% blame on to Redfearn, they are in for a shock when he goes. I said no to Redfearn, he will exit the door, academy line will stop soon after and many said no he will step back into his old role... Cellino appointing Redfearn was the start of the end of the only thing we had going for us.
You are 100% right about cellino but I have been saying it since the day he muted coming to us. We are a plaything for a crooked clown. Some were so wound up in their anti bates hysteria they just closed their eyes to the truth. I remember posting here "be careful what you wish for" when he was first sniffing round. A case could be made to say that Bates was doing less damage to the club than this idiot. Before anyone jumps in, I said the club not what we think about the club or how he treated us. You seem to think Redfearn is responsible for "the gems" in the academy I don't believe it. We still get better than average young kids to join probably because their parents remember the days when we were what we should be, so we start with better raw product than many clubs, Redfearn wasn't the the only or even main coach when today's kids did their formative stuff.
Yes I do believe he is but if you're right then another dozen years languishing where we are and it will no longer be the case
Did someone actually say anyone's better than Redfearn. Haven't we proved twice this season that isn't the case.
Until someone better than Cellino buys the club this is as good as it gets lads. Wake up. Nobody else wanted us and no guarantee next owner will be one scrap better even if we can attract one
The thing is Orion, it's not just the game itself that I go to see. It's the whole matchday experience. I love the pre match meet up with the lads on here, the beer, the smell of the burger vans, buying the programmes, the after the match drinking session(unless I've to catch the flight home or I've not been arrested). To slagging the away supporters. I love value for money like everyone, but there's more IMO than going to see the match to get value for money.
