Ferrari, Sauber and Toro Rosso have refused to agree to return to the pre-Silverstone engine mapping situation after this weekend. I think that means they want to stick with the 10% directive, which in turn probably means Red Bull will want its 50% concession back. FFS.
someone should build and race a fan-car, whe the FIA start to whine they should say 'we need it to keep the driver cool, so f*** off Todt you fat useless twat, let me race or I'll kick your teeth in' no doubt they'd be allowed to race, as the rules are ignored whenever a big team feels like it, flexible wings, moving aero parts, team orders etc. As to being hard done by, they should obey the rules then, like Williams. I've never had much love for the Williams team but I feel like they've been screwed. If you announce that the spirit of the rules are going to be applied then you gotta apply them , otherwise teams that were gullible enough to believe you when you said it are really gonna be hard done by, that's weeks of development missed. I can bet that the OTEBD fitted teams havn't even looked at changing their design.
Could money change hands between RBR/Renault and Team Lotus? That doesn't mention STR does it? They won't protest something against the wishes of the company who funds them.
Yes it does. It says, "Ferrari, Sauber and Toro Rosso have refused to agree..." No, you're right, my bad. Not Toro Rosso, but all the other Ferrari-powered teams lobbed a spanner into the argument. Rain... I don't mind. Why is Harry a prince?
If seb is to hold the gap to Alonso the whole way through the season, I don't think mark has a choice if Ferrari start backing Alonso again.
Inters obviously being used. Anyone know the degradation rate?? I did't see Free Practice on Friday...
