With all the bullshit and bollocks going on from the owners once again at a crucial period, are we still able to give support to the team?

For some, the line between players and the club is hazy, I'd like to think we can separate the two. Supporting the players doesn't have to be seen as supporting the owners. I'm just not sure the heart's their for fans to do it.

If, as looks likely for many, this will be our last hurrah, do we go with a bang or a whimper?

    Can we? Should we?

I think the answer is that the Allam's are doing a great job of seeing off the fans, which in turn logically means less support for the players.

It's already affecting the support to some degree, I stopped doing away's on principal when the club refused to tell me what they'd done with the ASI money.

    I'm sure I'm not alone.

The fact the atmosphere's down has been apparent for quite a while, that's not really the question.

For me, the question is, do we back the team for this last shove, or shuffle off quietly because supporting the team could be seen as supporting the regime?

Always back the team! 100%. The club is what we love! The club, the team is Hull City! When the game is on, that's when they need it most!

I don't see it as a conscious choice, you just get swept up in it.

I hate Allam as much as the next man, but you forget about it when it kicks off and just get tribal.

Obvs when the 19.04 chants start, I flex my vocal cords as loud as I can, but then it's the match again. I reckon it's the same for most.

As long as Brucie and the players stay off this forum, they'll be fine.

Meanwhile back in the real world, off the internet, nothing is changing that is noticeable.

Not even OLM "boycotting" away games <laugh>

The gallows humour during some of the dark days made them into memorable times. The stoicism of fans seemed to get into some of the players.

Maybe we could show the chairman what he's losing and a budding purchaser just some of the potential they could get.

Bang or whimper. What we going for?

Our owner has made supporting the team such an ordeal.

For instance, the give me a C...I...T...Y... people mumble the Tigers for fear of being seen as pro name change.

Even today just saying "lets support the lads on the pitch", now has connotations, given the olds mans new found hobby of laying pitches in someone elses community halls.

The atmosphere has been **** because the team are playing ****.

If they start giving us just a tiny bit of excitement we might hear a bit of noise, but I think that's probably asking a bit too much of Bruce the big fat useless prick.

If anything this name change saga has helped increased the atmosphere. When he came out with "you can die when you want" bollocks & the day the fans & the stewards clashed, at the front of the east stand, the atmosphere was quality.

City did wonders that season, so it's complete nonsense that it's effecting the team.

All they're doing is singing old City songs. Before all this occured, singing songs with "City" was not a crime ffs, so why is it treated like one now?

Booing the team & Bruce would be more detrimental.
