I suppose the odds at this stage are with the villagers as opposed to the wolves

Is this an option? I thought we had to lynch someone.

It is probably the best tactic to be honest (if a little killjoy - we all love a good lynching)

If you were poking me with rapier wit then no I would not be put out. But given you are attempting to "hound" me doggy style I must admit to being somewhat concerned as to what might happen to me if you bite.

Ok, for the first day ONLY if the vote is split on lynching, it will be decided by the toss of a coin.

Its like poker though, you have to work out the odds of that happening. They are also fumbling round in the dark like JPF having sex.

It is far more likely the villagers will kill one of their own, than it is the werewolves stumbling on the seer.

Rolando - is it an option for no lynching?

If you can reduce the number at risk (i.e. one from being eaten as opposed to a 2nd through a lynch) then I think it has to be a good thing. Information will be gained from that point on.

 

Lol you funny people. Sorry i wasn't getting any of the notifications + being at work and just caught up on the last 5 pages.

Rolando, your rule sucks about with everyone getting a lynch. We could go for a plan of stick all of us but 1 people on the lynch then way we have a great chance of lynching every town and wolf leaving 1 lucky person to live. Mathematically this is the correct thing to do so if the wolves wanted to save themselves they would then swing the vote against 1 person outing themselves.

Anyway as for playing this game for fun - i suggest we lynch Morgan. Morgan always talks so much when he's a mafia (which has been twice) and hes is always mafia. Always the same. As for his tactics, he says this every game and he ends up getting our town lynched.

So: practical time

first off I have no idea who has voted for whom on this at this point. The hashtags or @ whatever i don't know how you track them

second: the method of selection of someone to get the lynch is never easy and on day one its a lottery. especially if preconceived ideas are used.

 

it is correct that we have a 3/13 chance of hitting a wolf.

however... they have a 1/10 chance of the seer and 1/10 of the doctor so they have a 2/10 chance of doing big damage and obviously will kill a townie no matter what.

The issue with no lynch is peopel will all sit back especially wolves and be happy cos they can wait for action... nobody is prodding so they can kill until the numbers panic the town.

I think we have to all talk and those avoiding it are suspicious. this is why i poked at morgan and he fended it off so i have no good or bad feeling there.

 

You have to vote, there has to be a lynching every day. This is the olde dayes, there's no tv, no sky, no internet, no Carver/Ashley - we have to amuse ourselves somehow.

If werewolf would I be trying to get the Village organised. You can always say double/triple/quadruple bluff etc but realistically wouldn't I more likely just stay quieter and not draw attention to myself. If I am werewolf then there is plenty time to get me later.

Also I can't be Mafia this time..well actually I could be but that doesn't make me a werewolf. You didn't play on the first game for me which was on this board when I also talked a lot (but not as much as Less Than) but was a townie and lost. Ask the Mags on here who played they will vouch for that.

If we are going to kill someone (assuming Rolo won't allow a no kill) then look at those talking but not suggesting anything ( a wolfie tactic, lets pretend I'm involved but I don't say anything constructive) or who aren't talking, by say 7pm, and they can be wolfies trying to hide or are Villagers who aren't participating therefore if we are taking a risk in killing a Villager then put one who isn't of any use to the sword.

To suggest me says strongly that the person proposing is of lycanthrope tendencies.
