If you split the players Into newkie and non newkie players it's 9-5. That would suggest possibly 2 newkie wolves and 1 non newkie wolf.

must add that's in terms of probability, not fact

 

The more random you make it the less chance the wolves have of influencing the vote thoigh.

 

It's the quieter players hogging the shadows who I'm currently mulling over for my vote.
You boys probably wouldn't stick your head above the parapet this early if you had serious hair growth at a full moon.

There's a few quiet ones... and a few loud ones (counting myself in the latter).

 

Looks like I have been suggested 3 times. There are 3 wolves. If I get lynched, you will see that I am Town, so look back at those who piled in to vote for me - especially the ones who first suggsted.

Quiet ones are always dodgy. Valley and AFC both played that way in the Liverpool Mafia games, at least when they were actually Mafia.

 

So who has voted for you. I'm not Less Than, I'm not trawling back through the comments just for you.

 

ROLANDO, can you please confirm what you would do if there are 2 of more players on the same amount of lynch votes. Usually splitting between 2 or 3 players is a good idea to see who votes for who (and whho potentially 'saves' who) with any vote shifting, but it depends on the rules you intend to apply. Cheers.

 

I only mentioned you becaus you hadn't been mentioned before and I couldn't remember anyone else who we playing

Afc is normally super erratic when town so him being quiet is suspicious.

These two early comments set off alarm bells in my head. Problem is they may not be Werewolves, they could be a Doctor or a Seer so I wouldn't be so hurried to vote them. But there's something suspicious about assuring people of their role so hastily, especially with everyone automatically taking a default stance as a Villager. There's no need to draw attention to it. There's no merit in a double bluff on this as it would only get them lynched or eaten. Strange comments. May not be anything in it though. Just thinking out loud.

 

True but no harm in mentioning names at this stage. Plus that sounded pretty defensive, Less Than or should I say Fenrir Greyback, as if you were supporting a "colleague"

 

If the vote is genuinely split down the middle by 8pm, both will be lynched.

 

Right, this I why I asked. It's one thing creating a coin flip scenario, but if we lose 2 or more per day plus the Werewolves kill one, this could be very tricky to play.

What is best folks, put 2 or 3 up at once and hope we hit a wolf, or is that too risky if we miss and they sit back while half the Village is lynched? I'm interested to see who suggests what here...

 

Definitely don't want to lynch 2 or 3 in one night. Far more likely to hit villager than a wolf and just as much chance of hitting the Dr or investigator!

Get rid of one and hope the investigator can give us more info tomorrow.

 

... and how do we decide which one to kill Biscan?

Easy for wolves to let it ride if we happen to pick a villager.

 

Aim for a quiet one tonight. As quiet one either wolfie or of no use if not voting and contributing.

See what the Seer finds out although I'm not sure how and when he discloses as obviously he then becomes a target.

Doctor could save the first night after disclosure by Seer and then keep saving Seer thereafter and we hope Doctor not id'd. Would need to hope for a werewolf early on as Seer not really helping if just saying so and so is Villager as only way to prove that is to kill the Villager!

Anyone think of any flaws with that as a plan?

 

Why not just appoint someone who voted neither of the most nominated to have the casting vote in the event of a tie breaker?

Putting two up at the same time every day will half the game time won't it? Giving us less time to actually suss each other out. It will sap the fun out of the game just guessing randomly in the hope of catching a werewolf instead of getting in to the psychology which I presumed was the whole essence of the game.

 

Or we just don't lynch anyone.... We're going to lose someone each night anyway, why not just not vote for anyone...? Narrows down our choices for who is a wolf and can wait for the investigator to discover some Info?

no werewolf will ever say werewolf will they? everyone can say I am X and thats fine. in my opinion.

today:

1. You can trust no-one. but look at actions, people can say a lot and can give you a tell but their actions are what matters.

2. There is no safe trustworthy town group until a few days in. you cannot tell who is who.

3. there is a seer and a doctor out there. the seer has to give info somehow without revealing themselves. I presume they know nothing yet by the rules

4. Everyone should speak up as is they wont. I have spoken up and said the normal bluster. All i can say is i'd say the same if i were guilty but i'm not guilty obviously. You'll only be able to tell who is who once some pattern emerges.
