Good morning all from a mild and dry Weston-super-Mare, bit late today, sorted out a machine load of washing! Have a good day!
Morning from a mild Jersey. Looking at the flat roof across the alley from my lounge window, it may have rained during the night. Dave, strangely enough, I've also had to sort out a load of washing this morning.
Morning all, another bright beautiful sunny day here, with a high of 26°C in the shade forecast for this afternoon. It has become necessary to wear the hat when working outside, but even with that on Mme tells me that I caught the sun on my face yesterday. French lesson this morning which I could do without, as sitting around will not loosen up some of the creaking joints I gathered yesterday.

Interesting to go to Italy but how did they manage to have an empire so large. The bus terminal I had to go and catch the bus from Milan to Trezzo sull'Adda did not move a few metres but six kilometres or eight metro stations and where the bus returns to Milan is even further on the other side of the city. I read european hell is The Swedes are the chefs The Swiss are the lovers The French are the mechanics And the Germans are the police The British make the rules The Italians make everything run perfectly
Our tickets for the Brighton game for my son and I arrived today. As with all away fans we are located in the south stand. Are tickets state we are in row 1, Does anyone know the layout of the stadium ? Is row 1 right at the front or right at the back?
Two days cricket this week with a hospital appointment in between. Mr appointment was for 2.20 pm and I was seen at 2.20..what's going on? Must be an election or something. As for the cricket Hampshire have looked everything from certain winners to certain losers at various times in the game. All to play for tomorrow but a big target.
Good morning all from a fine spring morning in Weston-super-Mare! I have had an awful night's sleep, I had a dream that Leeds beat us 4-0 and woke up believing it to be true! What a relief to see the actual result! Phew but it's tight at the top! Have a good day and very good luck to the Golden Boys, climb back above 'Boro and we'll make sure we keep them below you on Friday night!
Morning all, made to feel rather lazy today. Went out to open the shutters at 7.30 and all the gardeners were already hard at it. Forecast suggests it will be even hotter this afternoon than yesterday which is the reason they started early. Better go and join them.

23 degrees here at the moment. A morning at the cricket and an afternoon gardening means the cold beer is earned. How many more will be needed to approach tonight's game calmly?
Just come back from the garden centre as I needed more supplies and the car was saying 32°C outside. Air-Con on and it is the middle of April. Should be more workable tomorrow as the forecast says 23°C here also.
