But do you say Nan or Narn?

Does my tits in when people from Hull say Narn like a southerner. Apparently they even say it properly in India, or so my dad reckons.

Madras and rice with a naan as well every time. I must admit I do on occasion have their tikka masala because it's brillint and nothing like any other tikka masala I've ever seen anywhere else, it's properly red and full of flavour. Also have the tandoori mixed grill from time to time which is monstrous to put it lightly.

The Indian we frequent does two excellent naans, first is their special, which is a keema nan topped with chilli, garlic and coriander, the other is stuffed with naga chilli, and topped with cheese, garlic, coriander and a **** load of chopped up chunks of chicken tikka.

    Absolutely superb.

What starters do you have? I quite like the chicken pakora and shish kebob

Yeah don't get that one. Think it's a north-eastern thing. Also ate instead of eight.

But we're digressing. It's the faux southerners I wanted to moan about. The type of people who proudly tell you that the Hull accent is ****.

That's what i have if i go out to a curry house.

    Lamb everytime.

That Bengal Lounge down Prinny Ave is very good. Ray's Place fills a hole if that's shut.

I had a four chilli Rogan Josh last night and my guts are burning a bit this morning.

Poppadom with chopped tomato/onion and mango chutney, then Lamb Rogan Josh, Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi, Rice, Naan and Lime Picke/Raita.

It was from the new Bangladeshi/Indian restaurant next to the train station in Brough(used to be a posh Chinese), it's well worth a try.

Half and half scarves are for people who don't know anything about football.

I bought my son a half and half scarf last year at the cup semi.

It's in his bedroom and is a nice souvenir of a great day. He never wore it, it was nearly stowed away in his rucksack and he wore a proper city scarf. We won as you'll recall.

I was shamed into not buying him one at the final by you set of miserable bastards, you made me feel dirty and ashamed for buying the City/ Sheff Utd one.

We lost the final, as you'll recall.

    See where I'm going here?

That's right, if I'd have bought a half and half for the final we'd have won, it makes perfect sense.

So, in essence, some of you are to blame for our defeat in our only ever FA cup final.

    As for curry?

    A Bombay burner every time.

    Google it.

I have two half and half scarves which I got this season. The first was our first home game in Europe (memento) and the second is the first game I took my son to. It has the date on it, both teams, one being his mum's family team and the other being his dad's. The game if anyone wants to know. Man City away this season.

They had a lucky escape and he was asleep for their goal. Only live goal he has seen was Meyler's goal. Its Hull City goal. That I am pleased about because I get Man City this, your **** that all season long. But its all gone a bit quiet recently. Wonder why!

They have their place. But I would never wave it about like some tool. Its for the boy as a memento of something he won't remember when he gets older. He was only 17 months.....

    What about 1/3 things then
In the Old house Pub on Scale Lane you can get a pint of real ale that's three one 3rd glasses,
    So obviously three different ales.
I rather trust must on here would deem that a more terrific idea
