I'm not defending the prices, they're a ****ing rip off & seriously overpriced to watch a game of football. The perspective I was highlighting was that on this occasion Allam isn't the only one exploiting loyal supporters. They're at it in every League, nearly £20 a game at Macc Town in the Conference. Bristol Rovers are £20 a game. In my view no ticket should be more than £20.
Are there conditions, as far as I can see, they're just in the top tier? Pitchside seats in all but the corporate stand are only £380 anyway.
After consultation with the stakeholders, another option has been added and everyone is free to change their vote to use it. Easy this.
Can't blame you. I am sure a tee shirt instead of a reduced ticket for away games will have thrilled you as well.
Eh? You're completely mixing up 2 very different things here. I wont pay a single penny in to the pockets of an owner who wants to change the name of the club I support for no reason more than * a whim / ego trip / spiteful endeavor. The opposition isnt an issue for me - I will support Hull City in non-league, I wont support Hull Tigers in the Champions League. * delete as appropriate
I can totally understand people who won't renewing there pass. But I'm not letting some arrogant dictator stop me from doing something I've done for over 20 years.
Just clicked on the twelve month payment plan on tickets page.. It's still showing the 2012 season ffs http://www.hullcitytigers.com//tickets/pay_plan/
On the other thred about passes I said I wouldn't give Allam the steam off my **** if he changes his name so I'm as much against Allam as you. Earlier in this thred I said I couldn't make every game so that was also a reason I wasn't renewing. you'll support them against anyone in any league you just won't currently go, I won't renew my pass for the 16th year but will still go to the odd game (name dependant) I am currently going to watch Hull city and supporting the team, your not and questioning me I didn't say the opposition was an issue for me I said I won't pay a pl price to watch championship football with a championship team and the fact I couldn't make it every week
I can understand the one's who do renew and I will be disappointed if our name changes how ever two of us will be renewing plus a newbie what ever league we are in. I think its down to habit I love football to much enjoy that waking up Saturday morning feeling going to the pub and then the match, six of us all meet up plus the newbie will be doing the same next season. Everybody as an opinion, does what they want to I accept that, its a difficult position for many to be in but we've been going to long just pack it all in now.
I suspect those votes were cast before the "only if AA ****s off" option was available as it was a late addition ( due to fan pressure!)
Cant find a link but i think its only 950 at that price. It maybe more when they expand the stadium. But they're also turfing out a load of season pass holders out to make it premium prices in the Bell Stand.
I will be renewing because I love going to watch City, however I hate what the Allam's are doing re eradicating "City" from everything and I hate his attitude. Unfortunately because people like me will buy a season pass he will take it that we approve of everything he is doing. I will not buy merchandise though.
Do you reckon the Bell Enders will stand against it, or are they happy to be giving the executives relief?
For me the Saturday match day is really important. I set off at around 8 am, arriving in Hull just before 12, depending on stops. Drop off the bags and leave for the pub, normally we go to the National. Have a couple and then go to the Arena Bar. The only difference will be that we sit in different seats/stands and may struggle for the big games like when we play Leeds/Liverpool (strike out depending on results).
