Not included above I don't think, but the last line in HDM says Match-day pricing is not expected to be announced until the club know what division they will be playing in."

So increased season pass, but presumably price per match is likely to reduce if we go down?

Or am I missing something ?

I assume you meant to reply to me rather than Castro.

Early renewals are a good thing. I'd have hoped for something similar here except that the club said we'd be able to wait until the name change situation was resolved, which made sense under our circumstances. Sadly it seems that's another lie.

And yes Allam is exactly that. He doesn't even try very hard to disguise it any more.

It could get worse, we could go down, the prices could rise & the name change could happen. <laugh> <doh>:emoticon-0140-rofl:

They'd only need to open one stand :emoticon-0136-giggl :emoticon-0128-hi: and no doubt the nutcase would still be frantically scanning the vast swathes of empty seats at 19:04 to see how many are in agreement with his preposterous idea.

    What a mess.

Expect the rise to be in line with other increases already announced so 7-9%

The more I think about this the angrier I become. Hull is a working class town, not millionnaires. If we stay up we're seeing no benefit of the TV deal (despite ticket sales being a tiny proportion of our income) and if we go down we're paying more for a 'lower quality' product.

I used to think I'd renew no matter what but there is a limit for everyone.

Is that before or after the loyalty bonus?

It seems you replied to the wrong person. More of a Dumbarse than a smart one.

A lot of other places are working class cities ( Hull isn't a town. Our name is a clue). You don't think some clubs have catchment areas full of millionaires do you?
That isn't to say that ticket prices are not scandalous.

7-9% is quite a lot when you're already paying in excess of £500 :(

We know the Allams do not care about fan loyalty.

I would say 7-9% more than you paid last year

Not as much as 7-9% of Premier Tiger membership

Remember it should go down for many under 16's and students so it may be 7-9% average !!

However much they rise I'm fairly content knowing by not renewing 4 passes in the house I'm saving around £2000 + 7-9%

I'll be setting aside the £500 or so it would have cost to renew my pass and using it to go to away games instead.

I refuse to give that man any more money but there's not a chance he's going to stop me watching my team.

This is the best post / response I have read on the whole issue. It is only actions like this that will make the excuse of a man actually take notice. Imagine if every single game in the Premier League (should we stay up) in front of the world's tv had 20k empty seats? No company would want to be associated with that and the name change fiasco ends immediately.

But of course those opposition players are so very, very shiny.....

No but you price your product according to the market. Teams such as Stoke for example have frozen prices for the last few years (and kept them low), whereas a Chelsea can afford to charge more. Even a club like Manchester United can increase prices if they wanted due to demand.

That's a great idea, and so obvious. Why didn't I think of it?

Good stuff. I know what I'll be doing.

I doubt I'll be renewing, specially not if we stay up.

For me, if someone buys a season ticket they are endorsing the name change. No ifs nor buts. Cue responses arguing otherwise but it really is as simple as that. You might not agree with it but by handing over a massive chunk of money into Allam's pocket you are ultimately endorsing his ****ty plan.

There's a fair few done that this season.

The bigger the increase, the more you save, so the more away games you can justify getting to.

My problem is, there's not that many Prem grounds I see as a good day out.

RIP football. Thanks for the memories.
