As you know, mate, I try to avoid controversy. Yes, I will, if there is a sufficient public clamour, not recoil from asking the difficult questions. I have never been afraid of ridicule. However, I think it is something of a stretch to claim I court ridicule. I like a good hard and honest mass-debate, but I think it would be unfair to claim that, by engaging in such an activity, I am inviting humiliation.
