It really takes the shine off beating the town when we respond with a performance like this! All teams around us are not losing games this soundly! I dont think we can recover from such constant setbacks! To turn this around and pick up enough points in order to stop up will be another miracle!

Pretty shameful all round and makes me feel like we do not deserve a place in the top league..
It wasn't pace he didn't deal with, it was bog standard long balls - should be bread and butter and that 2nd half was as bad as we have been all season. Just thankful Hull got beat and Burnley are behind. If we survive, and that's a big IF, whoever comes in has their work cut out rebuilds that shambles of a squad!
What way's? The first half was ****e and the second even worse. Looking for positives but finding none. If you can list many please enlighten me. I really need the lift mate but I'm see nowt.
from season start to season finish we seem to perform like a team who are settled in mid table security! They just dont seem to give a ****! Town fans are furious that this is happening to them! Well can they imagine how we feel when its happening to us whilst we are still fighting for our lives!
Yeah but you guys are up for the derby (it's all we both have lol). Problem is, you want it so much it takes it out of you the following week. I don't think you have the fitness levels to sustain a high energy game all the time, hence the capitulation (among other things) in the second half
Thought we started very well and limited them to nothing first half. We managed to get the fullbacks forward at times but we mainly showed lots of urgency to get the ball back, quite successfully. They are a very confident, quick side, make no mistake. 7/8 away games won now. Then we failed to deal with 3/4 long balls in behind, spectacularly! When they were 0-4 the stats showed they'd had 4 shots on target so other than a crazy few minutes by JOS and maybe Pants, we weren't opened up. That's about as positive as you can be about that.

It seems that unless we get an early goal the crowd goes nervously silent, waiting for the inevitable! I cant really judge however as I'm not in a position to waste money on something that I'm not gonna particularly enjoy! I'm not a vocal person who would sing his heart out! I'm easily disheartened, not only over football but towards most things in life! Maybe theres too many people like me who can actually afford to go! haha! Why they would want to go totally baffles me!
The double I said weeks ago looks like it be coming true. I said sunderland down and Leicester may stay up LOL should of put money on it. Back to the match, we wasnt in the game at all. Palace dominated the first half and ass rape us second half. We deserve to go down so iam not bothered if we do go down.
Jones! My 7 year old daughter could have defended better than that poor excuse for a premiership defender, I could quite easily punch the ****er in the face, prick
Palace sliced everything out of play first half, I appreciated our high pressing game but a league two team can effectively apply that tactic, I'll not credit us for Palace's mistakes. We did more in the second half attacking wise as we actually scored. One chance on target first half and it was barely a chance. Fullbacks have got forward most of the season, and we've been **** all season too. I'm glass a half full person myself but an empty glass is nothing but an empty glass. I take no positives from the game what so ever(missed the goal and late pva chance though)
I'm no expert, in fact every club I've managed on footy manager have sacked me but surely if we lined up from the midfield and forward- Buckley/Watmore.Catts..Rodwell..Johnson .........Connor...Defoe.... That would make us play with more width so our wingers can help our fullbacks against their main threat which is their wingers?? Playing a narrow 3 man midfield is leaving our full backs far too exposed!! Correct me if I'm wrong??

I've been to Camp Nou a couple of times and it's dead. Complete stoney silence. Doesn't stop Messi and co playing out of their skins. To say our support needs a kick up the arse is fair, to say it's the root of our problems is not. The players are to blame, not the fans.
