Perennial Spurs problem. Don't score enough at one end, concede too many at the other. I've always supported the idea of giving MP a good chance, but this is going nowhere. Simple lessons can't seem to be learnt.

Urgh, that's the put an end to our season for sure now. I thought we were the better side and played okay but that's the trouble. We've won a lot of games by just a goal this season because we're either not killing teams off or we're not better by enough of a margin and you can lose games if you're only a little better than the opposition on the day as happened today. Such a shame our season has dropped off so badly from a promising position in January/February, I'd rest a few players here and there and give some chances for others, some looked abit leggy out there again today.
I see no point in qualifying for the Europa League now. With recent comments by our Chairman suggesting we are well and truly a selling club, no finishing position will change whether the likes of Lloris will go this summer. If we're going to have a half decent season next time out, preventing these Thursday night trips to far flung locations would be a good start for me as that performance was flat, tired and toothless. Whoever our manager is next season, whether Poch is still here or another steps in, they know full well they'll have to work with what we have plus a few young signings at best. We're years away from getting anywhere near that top 4 group so let's forget that idea and accept our club for what it really is.
All very aimless once again we were harried into a poor performance. Rose deserves credit for his effort but really poor from a team of this level and our defence!!!! Only luck has kept this down to 1 goal against could easily have been a 3 or 4 goal loss.
Yeah, expecting that side to be top four material is serious delusion. We're a long, long way away from there.
