    Massives U18 ..1 Bees U18 .. 1
    Cov U18 ... 1 Addicks U18 .. 2

    So what does this mean?? Bees are currently top of table on 54 points having completed their season today and a goal dif of +19, Addicks are second in table on 50 points with two home games to play and a current goal dif of +20 so a win and a draw in those final two games makes us South Div champions. We are already in the end of season play offs, for the National crown, as Ipswich (3rd) can not catch us.

    Last two home games are against....

    Swans U18 next Wednesday at Sparrows @1pm
    Crystal Palace next Saturday at Sparrows probably @11am*

    * time not confirmed.

    I can't make Wednesday so hoping that Dick can provide report but I will be there Saturday for the Croydon boys.

    Forest (top) and Udders will be the qualifiers from the Northern group into the post season play offs.

    <cheers>

    Charlton 3 Forest 0 ............ Umerah, Hanlon, Lapslie.
    So we're through to the final now, but it could have been different. When it was 0-0 Mitov came out for a ball he had no chance of reaching, the ball broke loose and Forest scored what looked like a good goal. Mitov wisely went down and stayed down, the ref was convinced and chalked the goal off for a foul. In the second half Umerah appeared to handle before lashing a great shot into the net. Two great goals in stoppage time made it a great day for the youngsters, who in truth played a very attractive brand of football against a big strong physical team whose main threat was at set-pieces, and deserve to be in the final.

    Our previous owners were too poor or too sportingly English to bribe the refs!

    Great result for the lads. We have gone out at semi-final stage the two past seasons, so that's progress!
