So do Arsenal. I also tend to find the team with the most points over 38 games tends to win the league not who has some momentum at the end. Can the Spuds avoid another straight defeat against the lowly Toon today ? They will want to ensure that they don't lose ground on Southampton and Swansea in their battle for 7th.
I have a theory that Levy has instructed Pochettino to, quietly as possible, slip below seventh place. They may still get it by default after Swansea's defeat but they're doing their best to finish eigth. If Villa win today though, the Europa deathtrap will be avoided.
