saw fast and furious 7 last night comments: 1. was better than FF6 which was abit contrived. this one was good action flick... nothing wrong with it. 2. Was a bit soppy but not badly done at end. 3. Kurt russel turned up. he was ****. winking and far to nice 4. the rock wasn't in it much. it improved the movie if anything all in all quite watchable. I took some lads to it as a reward. they were all waiting for the nitris oxide. they only did it once. I had no idea people were so into F&F especially early ones.
want a top 5? Misfits series1 must be added to anyones much watch... "my cumface, yours is a shocker" that was funny. it got terrible after that when sheehan ****ed off. Stargate... yes i said it but it was good sci fi. better than star trek anyway the wire is the best crime genre show bar none I'd rather have my favorite in each genre than have all of one type dominating I would also have to agree that "fantasy" genre is poor done so far. Or I should say licking. The super heros are coming on now but there are 1000s of fantasy books and GoT is the pinacle of the genre. Flash, arrow, gotham, marvels are all of a type. I don't mind them but there's just soemthing not quite there yet IMO. GoT is at least immersive and the one show that creates a whole world with some complexity... but the acting is just god awful in places. some actors are... well if they were in other shows they'd stink them out. so Scfi: Stargate: Fantasy: GoT Crime: the wire comedy: Misfits
I watched a BBC film while I was off sick. Didn't know where to post this really: BBS Salford is just as appropriate. It was called 'The Ark' and was about what you'd think it was. However, it turned our as 'Shameless Does the Old Testament', with a cast full on mancs and even some drug taking going on with one of Noah's sons. Absolutely diabolically ****
Did anyone watch the 'Walk On' documentary a couple of weeks back? I think it was BT Sport and was about the history of You'll Never Walk Alone and how it became part of Liverpool Football Club. (I've not watched it yet, its recorded on the TiVo box) Edit: http://sport.bt.com/bt-sport-films-walk-on-91363956867084
I may have told everyone that your recent injury was due to you falling off a table in the cheese while doing the macarena.
