It's clear you don't know what you are talking about, and why would you considering you have no idea how Scots think. Labour are the enemy to some people, that may be an unpalatable truth to you but its the truth nevertheless. I know plenty of people who have voted Labour at every election who have changed to SNP, but "Spite" does not come into it. In summary, stick to what you know, don't try and lecture Scots about the actions or voting motives of fellow Scots.
I never said it's Scotland's fault, I know this country is full of Mick-like selfish ****s, my point was more about trying to ensure the Tories don't get elected, something I thought the majority of Scots on this board wanted. Voting SNP won't help towards that, but voting Labour will. I'll give you a proper essay later when I'm not at work.
People should vote Labour to keep the Tories out of Westminster but they shouldn't vote SNP to keep Labour of Scotland? If they vote SNP as a protest vote against Labour it's spite, but if they vote Labour against the Tories it becomes rational? You are an actual *****.
Only because most SNP ****s on here were moaning about the Tories getting in. Labour is the best way to stop that happening, voting SNP is ****ing pointless.
Now back to the name calling? Quelle' surprise. I'm not wasting any more time on you, Venom has already summed it all up nicely
I will more than likely vote Tory (if I let my right wing heart rule) or if I think about it, really think about it, maybe Greens and would defo like to see them involved in a coalition.
The majority of seats in Scotland will go to SNP - not out of spite but because of Independence stirring up people to actually think about politics and their political views. I believe now that the majority of us scotch now support independence an those who don't actually see SNP as a viable alternative to Labour who have failed to impress in Scotland over the past 5 years. We were treated like an offshoot of the main party after McConnell left and there has been no proper Scottish Labour leadership since then. Murphy is in too late to make any difference at this UK election and probably the next Scottish elections.
Labour have been taking liberties with their Scottish voter base for years. People vote for them out of habit even thought they know Labour will never do what they promised - just as they did during the referendum. Long on promises, short on delivering said promises. Their Tea's Oot hopefully and its long long overdue.
Or based on family history. I did when I was younger as my Dad was treasurer of the local labour party.
I answered Venom's post, he didn't sum up ****, he just missed the point and called me a *****. Nothing to say about the quote I highlighted? You were quite insistent that you were right.
Same here, my Dad voted for these ****s come hell or high water (Usually both). I feel no compulsion to vote for them just because he did. Like most Scots nowadays I vote for what's best for me and mine, and that's not Labour, I doubt it ever will be.
I'll be voting Tory because I think they're doing a decent job (along with Lib-dems) plus I want to tongue Ruth Davidson's growler.
You said Scots voted for SNP out of spite, so I'm right, and as you seem to be unwilling to accept that you did say that, then you are a *****
