Lol, why on earth would Real Madrid come calling for the clown that is Hernandez? He would only weaken them.

I hope he stays at Man Utd for many years <ok>

    Tough one isn't it?

Personally I think my opinions are superior to those of SAF and Mourinho. I guess it's just a matter of opinion, though.

Hernandez is from Mexico, like Ronaldo is from portugal. They all admired Madrid in particular and maybe Barca from a young age. His family all admire Madrid as well. At the moment I don't think he is in anywhere good enough to start for Madrid as he is not versatile enough so lets forget Barca. He needs to be able to play right, left and center but he can only play center. However, if lets say in 5 years he progresses a lot, something I expect, and Madrid come calling, he will seriously think about their offer. But Guus Poyet is talking rubbish, he won't leave now as he believes he has a debt to pay Ferguson and he is very clever and understands his time is not now, for such a big move. However, Madrd is the pinnacle of any Latino's career. Madrid is still the biggest ever club and that is view by most people. Man Utd is still a massive club but Madrid are bigger. I know they have not done much in the last 7 years. However, that is not how you define a big club or you would call Chelsea one of the biggest, when they are no where near. A big club is defined by their history, prestige, their weight in the transfer market and how popular they are. If both Man Utd and Real went for a player. We all know who he would join.

Not all players choose Real Madrid over Man Utd. Some realise that 90% of people who join Real Madrid end up ruining their career.

If Hernandez is good enough to start for Man Utd, a team who have reached 3 Champions League finals in 4 seasons, then I think he is good enough for a team like Real Madrid. I would certainly rather have him than Benzema.

It is all a basis of opinion to be honest. Hernandez is a steal, cost little, creates a massive fan base for us in Mexico and is loved there and in America as well. However, he has not yet made it but going by his Mexico and Utd record, he is a goal scorer. However, this is not simply enough but Hernandez is such a hard working player and knows he has a lot to improve. He has stressed himself he needs to work on his overall game and that is something he strives to do. I know he will work hard but maybe in 2 years time he will be the player people are raving about right now. At the moment he is not a top player and is getting over hyped but he has the will power to succeed. He needs time.

Many players make a career of doing just that. Scoring goals.

The most important thing in football is scoring goals, the main job of a striker is to score goals and Hernandez is very good at scoring goals.

Yes of course but being reliant on just the strikers to score goals won't get you far. You need them to be able to hold the ball, keep it, dribble with it and set other players up. Soon as we got rid of this mentality of just having one main striker e.g Rudd and implemented more versatile strikers, we became much more successful. Barca have shown that Versatility is key. If you just have the strikers scoring the goals you limit the ability of the team. Against Barca or even Madrid, teams find it hard to mark their forwards as they are all interchanging and moving about everywhere. This is imperative in a CL winning team. We have good versatility in our team when needed which is good e.g Young and Rooney and Nani if he stays. In the massive CL games we need to have those 3 as our forwards as they can all swap around. Hernandez and Valencia simply are too limited and will be shown up again if they play against more skillful teams e.g Madrid, Barca or Inter. When we played Chelsea in the CL they often used 442 as well. However, against the other teams and even Arsenal, they use 433 or something on those lines. Hernandez has been shown up against teams who have used this formation e.g Arsenal and Barca.

If you are going to post a long reply then at least use paragraphs otherwise, no one will bother to read it.
