Walker and Vertonghen? Not for me. Switch them out and replace them with Chelsea defenders and you're not far off, in my opinion.

Ivanovic for Walker There aren't an abundance of good London club centre halves at present - Reid (West Ham) on form this season for Vertonghen Eriksen has done well, but I'd have Cazorla in that team Ditto Costa for Kane
