    one thing I have noticed.. Micheal Owen really really hates hamstring injuries.. I know irony isnt the right word, but something about that seems rather amusing to me

    It would have been quite easy to get a footballing CB into the game as is with the back three to bring it into midfield giving us the extra body and bringing the other two to the half way line and play keep ball in their half and probe for chances and put some proper pressure on, but I trust none of those back there now.

    We are cut and thrust but we have a blunt knife and we're thrusting like a hip replacement patient <laugh>

    Coutinho is such a good player. I dont care about Sterling, we just need to hold on to Coutinho.

    Still not good, we need much more out of henderson and our own players to get out of coutinhos way too
