Qpr seem to be scoring lots of goals. They are the biggest worry out of the bottom 3 IMO. I think burnley and the foxes are down, but I think qpr may stay up, so we need at least 2 more wins I think.

Bit of a worry all round. Burnley have the better fixtures and QPR have now found the net.

Still in our hands though. 2 wins should do it.

We have palace and the foxes at home. If we take 4 points from them 2, and one more draw, we should be ok.

Good result for us, but we must drive on, (no Gus pun intended), lets go for three points against Palace, . I would like to see Watmore on the bench just to put a bit of extra zip in our strikers efforts.

We certainly need more on the board yet. Villa are level with us and have only -2 GD. If Benteke's starting to find form, that can vanish very quickly. QPR and Burnley are three points adrift of us, but both still have some fight in them - Burnley have damaged Man. C. and Tottenham this last couple of weeks. And we shouldn't ignore the fact that Hull are only one point behind us, and with a +6 GD. They do have a hard run-in, but one freak result would hurt us a lot (remember the freaks at the end of last season?) The fat lady is a long way from singing yet, and it's in our own hands.

As you say its in our own hands and I like the fact that they are all still below us, close yes, but if it stays that way job done. The pressure is on and we are right in the mix, how much more exciting this league is at the bottom, the pundits talk up the sterile action at the top but down here at the bottom its a game of thrones.

I've just realised, Villa's fixture last night was brought forward from a future 'postponed' game.

In a few weeks you lot get a break for a week to relax and work on your tactics etc and 'recharge', instead of getting the same fate as Villa, whereby the Arsenal game was brought forward, which would logically have been to tonight.

It seems a bit odd, there's no hindrance at all to your season, that Arsenal fixture could have put an abrupt halt to your derby-winning momentum, if you had to play it this week like Villa have had to with QPR.

It's just a neutral observation, I'd be a bit pissed off if I was Tim Sherwood to be honest.

    I agree, he's a tosser.

I should really want English managers to do well, but I can't imagine how smug that **** would be if he achieved anything.

Aston Villa vs Liverpool/Blackburn is one of the FA Cup Semi's, that's a no-win tie for me, I just pray Arsenal don't **** up against Reading and let one of those two clown managers in to win the trophy.

Terry, was talking to me brother last weekend and asked if you have any players that we could loan. He reckons a season on loan for Januzai might do him the world of good and he says there's a midfielder called Harrop who's a creative attacking midfielder and would fill the 'Gomez' role that we have.

    Thoughts?

I can't stand Sherwood (and others like him who can't be bothered to speak properly) because, for example, he refers to last night's result as a furroly entertaining free free draw . . . . the fick **** :emoticon-0121-angry

Not for me, he's a luxury we can't afford .... we already have potential in Wickham.

Remy & Defoe would be a Kate Upton dream ......... a cracking pair up front <ok>

Would love to see Remy and Defoe together but can you see Remy leaving the league champions and all that dosh he will be getting there, to come here?

Januzai is a winger and for me Wickham is a central striker and we won't get the best out of him until he's played there.

I'd be happy to let Adnan go out on loan, he's got to get games or he'll go to waste. I'm more than happy to keep him though, sell Di Maria in a swap with Cavani, get rid of Falcao and develop Adnan in ADM's role. Not seen much of Harrop to be honest, I'd imagine we'll add depth in that area this summer as well so I think he's gonna have to be special to emerge into our first team.

Many of our youngsters are only developed to sell on anyhow, it all adds up the £1m here and £500k there.

How much longer you prepared to wait for this potential in Wickham? I'd say another season tops.

If he was a racehorse he'd have been shot by now.

I'm not, I'd sell him in the Summer if we got an offer. A lot of waiting on the youngsters is for them to become men and fill out physically which can run into the early twenties. Conner has physically had it for years. I'm not seeing any improvement in his all round game either. Not impressed. Work rate doesn't do it for me. It's ten a penny in all sports doesn't make all sports man good.

'Scotty' Parker used to win awards for effort, I'm not sure he ever had any talent but I'm sure he won player of the year for running about in circles.

Whilst waiting on Wickham to come good, he's taking up a position on the pitch, that could otherwise be filled by somebody who knows how to score and assist.

My sentiments exactly. I'd sell fletcher too. Would love a Gyan back or a Remy or someone like that.

Remy's an odd one for Chelsea, offers nothing that Ba didn't have.

Gyan was class mind, I liked watching that guy. A lot will depend on your new manager I think, if he's a foreigner, he's bound to tip up with his own ideas.
