    Both....
Not sure we will get another three points this season.
OLOF don't you be getting depressed and making me feel despondent when norwich put four or five past us.

I couldn't help feel that half should be out on loan in Div 1 and we should have been playing the likes of Sloth and and few of the others we have signed.

I agree they are prospects but certainly not ready, Mowatt is so frustrating, I wonder what he is doing in the team then he scores a goal like that. I do believe Redfearn is having some unfair criticism but when you see that I agree with those that say he has his favourites.

Best player for me was Taylor and if he puts a few pounds of muscle on he will be pretty handy for us.

Hang on a minute. I know I missed the game, but is all this criticism absolutely valid? Everyone seems to be eased off the ball / does bugger all / don't know why he's in the team etc. - and yet away from home, with a bunch of kids, we put three past a team vying for promotion and dripping with parachute cash.

    Is this criticism absolutely fair?

It is. They scored one of our goals and on a different day they would have taken another five of their chances.... The wheels are completely off.

Bit of info: NR says that under terms of his contract Leeds are required to tell him if they're retaining him before Rotherham game on May 2

Redfearn said that "unless he's told otherwise", he expects to be in charge for the remaining five games of the season. #lufc

Redfearn: "You can see the players are with us. We just want a fighting chance. We want a fighting chance like the rest of the 91 clubs."

and there it is ... Redders deluded again with the "we passed them off the park at 3-1 down" ... yes you fool, because they sat back thinking "job done" ... at 3-3 they passed US off the park and got the winner ... Redders and his safety first approach hurt us again, because looking at Wolves if we went at them from the start we could have beaten them comfortably because they were very nervous at the back, but it seems Redders is happy not to lose rather than go for the win

Wrong game to hand phillips his debut, next year would've been better for him. Even Skysports commentator said he looked lost, I watched the whole game and he looked like a fish out of water, only good thing he did was put a hole in McDonalds sock, but as is always the case lately, Redders will play the tea lady before he plays Adryan, it really does seem like he has a big grudge against Adryan.

After game interview and Redders said Phillips had a brilliant game, no surprises there.

Bamba was off his game, a couple of good incidents but seemed to be missing Bellusci, Cooper did ok and Berardi had a fairly good game. The midfield allowed Wolves to run through them many times which gave Wolves opportunities for through balls through our defence, they also had natural wingers and it showed.

Our midfield just don't seem to be able to work the through balls through opponents defences for our strikers to run on to. There were quite a few occasions where I saw Antenucci in good positions and raring to go but the midfielder took it in another direction; I saw Austin do the same thing to Berardi several times when the rift was on.

After their 3rd goal Wolves seemed to drift off into a period of complacency, this allowed us to play a bit of football and come back at them, however Wolves seemed to pick it up again after finishing their cups of tea.

Against Blackburn we had 11 shots, but only 2 on target, Blackburn had 17 shots, 5 on target of which 3 were goals.

against Wolves we had 7 shots, 3 on target of which 2 were goals, Wolves had 19 shots, 8 on target of which 4 were goals, 2 of those shots hit the goal posts.

This is where stats mean something and tell a big story.

We are not creating and taking enough shots at goal, especially from edge of box, we're also slack with the through balls to strikers. Wolves third goal showed what can happen from a shot that is blocked or deflected, a player steps in and scores.

We may have scored 3, but 2 of our goals were helped in by Wolves, not taking anything away from Taylor of course, right place at right time.

Wolves 4 - Leeds United 3 - yellow cards 5, Yellow cards scored the most on day.

But you don't need stats to tell you this, its blatantly clear without them.

Agreed Josh, it is to quite a few people, but some don't count shots or don't realise we're not creating or taking enough.....:emoticon-0148-yes:

Everyone can see this squad is a mediocre one. The players we rate highly wouldnt hack it in a higher division and may not hack it in a promotion winning side either. Redders has done well with what he has at his disposal. Ive been reading about the need for wingers here and elsewhere for several seasons. They cost decent money as do top strikers so we wont be getting them under these penny pinching regimes. People harp on about losing identity under a big sponsor but yet wants tens of millions to magically appear for top class signings. Cant and wont have it both ways

Eire, how much did we spendon getting Snoddy and/or gradel. Not much was it.

In fact I would say the likes of Lloyd Sam would get into our team.

Also Adryan IS a winger as far as I'm aware, its the main position he has played in during his career, it was only Cellino that said he plays well behind the striker. That italian journo even said he'll more than likely play on the left wing despite what Cellino was saying.

Maybe Adryans no good.? Certainlt coaches have had a season to assess him and seems further than ever from first team. We couldnt keep either Snoddy or Grade, why? No finances. Itll always be the same

Bottom line is some blame Cellino and some blame Redfearn. Me personally see it as both however Cellino signed 'his' players, he picks the coaches and then he undermines them.

We all screamed for Antenucci to start and it didn't make a blind bit of difference, from what I remember of seeing Adryan he too was no better, people are having short memories here.

I am not saying team selection is right, but I gaurantee that if we were playing Sloth, Adryan, Cani, Del Fabro and Doukara then the same Redfearn critics would be screaming for the young academy lads to be playing.

There is a divide in the camp and why? Again down to Cellino picking his players, undermining the coach and having no respect for the coaches, this goes through to the foreign players who see it as they are playing or want to play to impress Cellino not the coach.

As for the game I must have been watching something else as Cooper and Berardi were poor, I actually thought Berardi was worse than poor.

We can say the same about all the top teams in the championship. The teams that will go up will struggle in the PL.

this dang Championship is there for the taking ... there are no BRILLIANT teams in this division right now, and the topsy turvey nature of results proves it ... we took six points off 'Boro who are right in the promotion mix, we took six points off Bournemouth as well ... all it needs is good organisation and a desire to go out and try and win every game ... Wolves are shocking defensively, but they have pace in midfield and genuine goal threats, so they play to win 4-3 every game and its working for them ... Redders prefers to sit behind the ball and hope for mistakes to get us goals ... we don't actually build up play and create genuine scoring chances, and its hurting us badly ... this division can be taken on, and tiny little Brentford and Bournemouth are proving this because they play no fear football and go out to win every game regardless of the opposition

Good points raised Billy and on a similar note, I still can't imagine Bournemouth in the Prem regardless of being top of the Championship.

Seems silly to say it I know but I think back to where they were financially less than 10 years ago. <ok>

Great article. 6 pts from Boro, 6 points from Bournemouth, 3 pts from (then) a really good Derby side

Adryan isn't a winger. He's an attacking CM.

Better performance than Saturday, but yet again, some poor defending. That said, 2 more kids given a chance in the 1st team. All looking positive for next season
