This news is without a doubt; in my opinion, our worst injury of the season. No matter what your views on our previous manager I believe that Vargas and Isla were inspired loans that very few other managers within this division would have been able to complete. They both have obvious international pedigree and may have been the diffrence between 17th spot and relegation when the time arose. I do not believe we have an obvious direct replacement and assume we will be forced to use another of our fringe players I genuinely fear for our status as a Premiership team after reading this. I hope this does not make the victory against WBA a watsed effort.
I thought he was a good player and wish him a speedy recovery. The impact is probably reduced by the fact that he's barely been used in 2015 (for mysterious reasons). Unless there's a tactical reason not to, I'd stick with Kranjcar. We seem to rotate the fringe players a bit too much even if injury leaves an opportunity for them and then expect their best in a short time before switching to someone else.
That would be a shame. But TBH I been disappointed with him really, even though perhaps he has been played out of his best position, which is striker I suppose? Good goal Saturday, but otherwise he wasn't much good, giving the ball away so often in dangerous places.
Not convinced he was even a Harry Signing. Harry didn't seem to like playing him or Isla. As he's scored several in not many starts I think he's done "ok"
that's because rio and junior don't play (as much).......the others do! you don't really believe the last bit about laying off a tad surely?
Yes thanks Nines, glad to get confirmed the memory hasn't totally gone.... And as you said Adel and Traore aren't on it.
The list is for Pro Footballers must be why Shaun is not on it. Where is Traore? wandering lonely as a cloud would be my guess. Shame as he does have some pace. #RsFruitcake
