Can't believe this was 10 years ago <yikes>

It was 10 years ago today that Luis Garcia scored one of the greatest European goals ever seen at Anfield.

On an emotional night on April 5, 2005, Rafael Benitez's side lined up against Juventus with the Italian giants red hot favourites to progress over two legs in the Champions League quarter-final.

However, with the Kop in full voice Liverpool went on to produce a performance that will live long in the memory at Anfield.

Garcia played a part in the opening goal after just four minutes when he flicked on a Steven Gerrard cross for Sami Hyypia to net.

Then, on 25 minutes, the little Spanish magician produced a moment of true genius. As the ball dropped 25 yards from goal, the No.10 launched an amazing volley that flew beyond the reach of one of the world's best goalkeepers, Gianluigi Buffon.

Despite Juventus getting an away goal, a goalless draw in the second leg in Turin sent the Reds through and the rest, as they say, is history.

Got myself 12 koppaberg strawberry and lime ciders for £12 earlier.

Heslthy, apples, strawberries go towards fruit intake and lime is good citrus and vit c, keeps off the scurvy <ok>
