-Balotelli
-Lambert
-Toure
-Allen
-Lucas
-Moreno
-Can
-Sakho
-Borini

That's 9 players there, and these 9 players are not going to be helping you get top 4, let alone challenge for major honours, it's a whole lot of just average players.

 

No idea why Can and Sakho are in that list,I would also keep Allen, and Moreno is young and can improve.

The rest........yes,Lucas with a heavy heart but probably best for all concerned.

Also add Gerrard,Johnson,Enrique

Arsenal's last "major honour" is the same major honour that we have as much chance as Arsenal of winning this season, unless like Wenger you class finishing in the top 4 a major honour.

 

Yes, all true and all examples of utd thinking they're a law unto themselves.

 

Anyone looking at the state of both clubs right now will see Arsenal are in a far better position going forward than you are, which is why we're 2nd, and you're going to end up back in the Europa League. Hey, your not my team, so keep those average players, doesn't affect my club, but yours, which is why you find yourself in the position you're in right now, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

And finishing in the top 4 is not an honour, but it sure is better than ending 5th or below that, and is the minimum requirement of all big clubs. . Heck that's why you even have Liverpool fans on this board making a thread talking about the possibility of losing your top players like Sterling and Coutinho, which shows how important getting top 4 is. ;-).

Arsenal's record in the competition a top 4 place brings is absolutely dire considering the amount of times they've entered it, the Arsenal owners love Wenger, he's brainwashed the fans that not winning the league and the CL is success, the only winners are Arsenal's owners who bank the CL money every year.
