Austin was sent off in the defeat to Blackburn Rovers on Saturday and he will serve the first game of a three-match suspension.
Lewis Cook is still on the sidelines with the ligament injury he picked up whilst on international duty last week.
Youngsters Chris Dawson, Kalvin Phillips and Lewis Walters are all pushing for a place in the side.
Aidy White, Zan Benedicic and Tommaso Bianchi all remain sidelined with long-term injuries.
Wolves boss Kenny Jackett could stick with the same side that beat Nottingham Forest on Friday.
The win at the City Ground was a third in a row for Wolves who are now on the fringes of the play-off places and they have the dangerous Benik Afobe and Bakary Sako in attack.
Goalkeeper Carl Ikeme is expected to keep his place in Kenny Jackett's side after returning from an 11-match absence with a broken foot.
Tommy Rowe is still not fit for the game although he is closing in on a return to first team football having been sidelined since Christmas.
How much do we think the off the field antics have effected the players?
Is Redders strong enough to control the dressing room?
If you were the gaffer, would you start with Antenucci, and defy the orders from your superiors? (There's something to be said for public support!)
Was Sharp right by mentioning there is a rift in the dressing room between the English and Italians?
Are we going to win today?
