Karl Robinson claimed in his post match interview that MK gave up possession today and by inference, hit them on the break.
Will we try to steamroller Swindle or use the same tactics?
Whether we like Swindle or not, their away record is almost as impressive as ours - they have scored 33 goals in 20 away games.

So do we park the bus and entice them on to us and hit them on the break like an away side?

Karliegh Osbournes been recalled from Colchester, I wonder if we go four four two against them as they also play three at the back?

Why? The 3-5-2 system has been successful all season, why change it now? That's giving the Swindlers too much respect. I watched them closely today to see what we're up against. I was expecting their three centre backs to push up, be comfortable on the ball, pass their way out of tight areas etc but I'm not saying this because I don't like them but I thought they were poor all over the pitch. They offered zero goal threat, they had huge gaps in midfield and defensively they looked poor at best.

Sure they had their decent moments in the game, their RWB Byrne is a class player who played in three positions in one game yesterday. But I'm certainly more confident about getting 3 points than I was before I watched them.

EDIT: I can't believe I just went all CJS and wrote an essay. Hope you read it

I didn't say I would, but I wonder if we do that's all. And no, you know the rules anything more than five lines is CJS territory and becomes a load of drivel <laugh>

I agree with this! I also watched them for the same reason, wasn't overly impressed and thought MK were better all over the park, (the Swindon fans may say the same about us if they saw the Oldham game though!)

When we go to a 4-4-2 we give away too much room in midfield and nullify what Freeman is good at, can't see that happening.

This is gonna be about who wants it more, who keeps their nerve and who has the better quality, We win number 3 hands down for me!

this is one game I don't want to say 3-5-2 or 4-4-2 or 3 -4 -3 or 0-0 or 4-0 either way or 3-3 it is a game I would like to have seen played about 10 fixtures ago

If you look at that " table" which had us the top of one and bottom of the other.. providing we play to whatever put us there ! we should at least get a point..not being negative but a point will do! 3 is better !

Don't sit back ffs!! We are at our weakest when we do this in 352 and if we do it then we might as well give up. We play our best when we attack and have possession!!

The best form of defence is attack very simple really.

If they are defending in numbers against us,then they can not score.
