Given how many players we are buying and new additions to the squad to come how long will you give the team and sven before you see results, I mean surley nobody expects us to play great and as a team from the word go ? which makes me think how many new players is to many new players ? lol i just saying that as a leicester fan to many new players
I hope this is what pre-season training and matches are for they are all going to be on tour, so the current ones should be gelled before Cov, Other new signings may still be adapting if they are going to miss some Sweden friendlies, if we get others...
Going to both Sweden and Austria will only help team bonding. It will do alot more good then if they stayed in Leicester. But i dont think they have much choice. They cant use the training ground as it been dug up and the stadium isnt ready yet
How long does it take anyone starting a new job to settle ? Takes a while to fully settle, but as in any job, you have to start perfoming from word go. Would expect to see good football from the start, and players being fully aware of each others strengths and runs after just a few games. The players we have brought in seem intelligent enough, so should be able to pick these things up quickly. Would expect us to be fully ready by the time we go to chaventry.
I´m hoping they gel quick because we have some very winable games in August & it would be nice to be & stay in the top 6 right from the off. I think SGE will have everybody singing from the same song sheet come the 6th Aug v Chav, we need to make a statement this season. The key will be our GK & DEF plus the likes of King & Nugent need to be on form, wellens to carry on from last season & the rest to dig right in there.
