Good win today........

3 points for everton.

A rare lucky away win for United and a tough win for chelsea away

Well, call me pessimistic but I think thats our CL hopes gone, Utd now have a confidence boost and a 5 point lead. We both have tough run ins but i think 4 points will be impossible to claw back with arsenal and united both in good form. tbf to be anywhere near the CL after the start we had is impressive, but we left ourselves with to much to do. Unfortunately this will mean another summer of signing non CL players and another missed opportunity to get a foothold over united.

No our CL hopes are not gone. Not by a long way. It is difficult but still possible. We cannot afford to drop points against arsenal if United beat villa as expected. We now looking over our shoulder to the likes of Spurs and Southampton.

It is possible that the mancs performance today was a one off and that they may go back to struggling away again, but we can't rely on that.

Honestly the mancs form has to be taken seriously as they turned up away from home for the first time this season

Carrick is vital to them but mata has been benched for far too long and they played a proper lb and 4 at the back.

I think realistically utd have city and chelsea as last hard games now and we have arsenal and chelsea so we could not afford to give them in effect a 6 point lead
