    It's Miliband...although 'Milliband' seems more appropriate....two L with him!

    Rein in, as in horses.

Grin and bear it. Grinning whilst baring it could lead to a court injunction.

Tow the line, rather than toeing the line (which is rather like fingering your bumhole)

So little Quentin thought Cameron was 'magisterial' - I think I'll do as you suggest and rely on the Guardian, Uber.

    Perhaps.

Did you think anyone came out best, Uber? I see one poll gave it to Sturgeon.

I thought they all performed to expectations. Both Cameron and Miliband were fine and neither gaffed. Clegg was doing his best to distance himself from the controversial aspects of the coalition's record whilst trying to take credit for its good points. Sturgeon is a good and calm performer and did well. Farage is Farage but only his core vote will listen. Bennett is awful. I want to take Leanne to dinner and take it from there.

I think everyone is being a little hard on Bennett (see what I did there), she spoke well despite lacking a little in confidence and looking down at her notes did her no favours at all. She refused by and large to take on the crass American device of staring wide-eyed at the camera and I admired her for that.

She definitely would have been the one I would have picked if I was looking for a new mum and all three ladies would do as a new girlfriend and maybe even Nick at a push.

Certainly Clegg was looking to stab Cameron in the back from the earliest opportunity last night despite him being party to ever Coalition policy in the last 5 years, "Nothing to do with me guv"......Et tu Clegge?

Sturgeon was very easy to listen to and very assured in what she was saying which surprised me, I don't agree with her policies but i could listen to her.

Wallace's body language was totally false and over rehearsed. There was a body language expert on beeb breakfast yesterday and he described what would happen almost exactly as it turned out, false smiles, scripted movement of hands etc there was nothing natural in Wallace's body language.

Erh No! But I did think Miliband repeated himself too much and Cameron was overly reliant on slogans and sound bites. All the others had more to say especially the 3 Ladies

They both did to be fair Os......Miliband was looking to re-write history as if the previous Labour administration had not existed and never dropped the UK into the doggy do's with their fiscal policies. Cameron was right to keep on reminding viewers of what happened the last time Labour were in power whilst Miliband was trying to pretend it never happened.

Cameron was in a no win situation as he had to try and defend his last 5 years as PM. The only thing I am surprised about is that the 2 main parties are neck a neck in the polls, if I were Miliband I would be a tad worried as Labour should be well ahead if the Tories were so unpopular. It looks to me as if the UK will be heading for another hung parliament and Clegg may well regret his back stabbing last night.

Listening to COL & Uber last night, I thought I'd wandered onto the set of The Good Life and was sat in between Margo & Jerry

(Don't know which is which though )

I won't vote because it has nothing to do with me as I live and pay my taxes in Sweden. I would probably go for the Tories if I was living in London. Annoyingly, I can't vote in Sweden, where I would want to vote. I think that you should be able to vote where you live/pay tax.

    Why's that totally?

Although I am English and live in Ireland I can vote here in General/Local Elections but I'm not supposed to vote in referendums that affect the Constitution of Ireland. I could also in theory be eligible to vote in the UK election but I've never found out how that works.

Her sexy Welsh lilt has obviously touched you Uber. Could you imagine if the Taffs hold the balance of power? "Well hello Ed, is that a bacon roll or are you pleased to see me?"...

I can vote in local elections, but not the general one. You have to be a Swedish citizen. If I gave up my British citizenship and became a Swede, I could then vote here, but I am not going to do that.

I'm in the exact same situation in Norway Total. Only difference is if I could vote in the UK it would be Labour not Tory.
