Did a Groupon at Zillis yesterday for the daughters birthday. 4 starters 4 main meals and 4 beers for 44 quid. Excellent value. I drank all the beers and got the kids cokes. Left the place stuffed with with some leftover Ribs wrapped up for tonights supper.

It looks like Groupon worked for FC, they've sold over 20,000 tickets.

Me and my mrs have used it a few times and have been very impressed. We've had weekends away, the 3 days in the burns hall near york was fantastic, 50 quid b+b for two, supercar days, a lot of meals but the best one was paint balling across the river for 12 of us, a tenner. Had an absolute ball(excuse the pun). We've got nothing but good things to say about it but I'm sure some others haven't been so lucky...

Cheaper tickets for schools and clubs too for tonight's game. Great to see! Much better than empty seats.

Although you do see it from Championship clubs like Derby and Huddersfield. Makes football look so small time, right?

How is it? According to most on here every RL fan supports a big PL club instead of Hull City, so if RL dies in the city what makes you think they would attend Hull City games instead of watching their preferred team on TV?

If RL ceased to exist in the city our attendances would be just as bad but we wouldn't have the excuse that the rugby clubs take up some of our potential fan base.

I have some reasonably good deals through Groupon. Discounted rounds of golf, a supercar driving experience, rally driving...

Around 750 sold on Groupon, bringing in around £10,000 extra revenue.

Seems like common sense to try it for City games when the numbers and costs will be higher so the the extra revenue will be significantly higher as well.

Biggest derby crowd since 2010 I believe last night, despite this Hull side being dreadful and at least 10% of tickets needing to be unsold.

Go to Pizza Hut during the week between 12-3 and you'll get all that minus the burger for 18 quid except your pizza and drinks are unlimited.

Theres a reason cortez. Its ****. Cant compare a proper restaurant with Pizza Hut. He said most places too. You cant. Any pizza/pasta restaurant are 9 quid a pop, at least, main meal.
