Morning Dave, Barry and All, from a bright, crisp Borehamwood.

Thanks for the warning Barry, doesn't matter however what date it is I always seem to make a fool of myself.

Similar to the renaming of Llansantraid to Total Network Solutions the new owners of Luton Town have renamed the club ISIS Luton and are to supply the club with footballers in preparation for the Islamic State's first appearance in the Olympic football tournament. Female supporters are now banned from the Kenilworth Road football field.

Morning all - cannot get to the match on Monday but have just booked up for Brimingham and Sheffield Wednesday. If any non season ticket holders are intending to go I'd be inclined to book up sharpish if I was you - not many left.

As some who know would say, I live in the middle of nowhere. My old internet provider was rubbish, so in January I ditched them and went elsewhere. We are now at the start of April and I am slowly getting to the end of a long and winding lane of e-mails to the old provider, including withdrawal at the bank of the direct debit. Tonight I have a tempting offer from them. They want me to take out a new contract with them, and they will provide me with high speed fibre connection.
I somehow doubt this. The last time I looked, fibre will not be available out here in the near or even distant future.

We have used BT since we moved 4 years ago. Our broadband usage has been pretty much the same every month so that when we overran our limit by more than three times (four Times our average usage) I rang to complain. They were able to tell me our usage exceeded our limit but insisted we must have done something like downloading a number of films which we certainly hadn't. Then they suggested a visitor to our house had done so except that we hadn't had any. They were totally unable to say when this apparent excessive use took place. Needless to say our usage has returned to normal for February and March. Two phone calls to their overseas centre and two emails have simply produced a repeated assertion that we exceeded this limit which we've never even got close to before. How can a company make such huge profits when they treat their customers so abysmally?
