Where to begin? Actually had a chuckle to myself the other day whan I was thinking about the Qua thread. Paolo came on the forum and Jif, still logged into his spoof account called 'Paolo Martone' with a random Italian dude as his avatar, was replying to him forgetting he was logged in as a parody of the very guy he was talking to. Then he logs in with his real account and says 'Sorry, wrong account' I love Ponders End Addick's threads, think the guy's a genius. Loved Newgod too, I know nobody else saw the funny side but the randomness of his 'sh.it eater' comments cracked me up. It was getting better by the day 'nigro orthodontist stepdaughter sh.it eater' and the like and let's not forget 'anal avocado' Acworth appearing on the news and trying to flog his book to everyone. Was always in stitches reading his work. Banned from the Charlton forum so would post thread after thread sharing his random thoughts in appalling grammar and never getting drawn into conversation. A quick google shows he's hit just about every English team's forum There's probably loads more
I don't go in for this rose tinted spectacled look back into a misty and dewy eyed past. I prefer never to look back. It's the here and now and the future that counts. What's done is done after all.
It's good when you get some random bloke from one of the other forums thinking they can outsmart everyone on here - and getting hammered.
Some of the patter, insults and retorts on GC is genuinely funny as **** ... better than most comedians. Most of it's pish tho.
