The jnder 21s always do well much like the proper England team... Until it comes to tournaments and promoting the under 21s to the full team. Interesting bit on sky sports about the two teams that competed the final 4/5 year ago and where those players are now. The he german team included Neuer, boateng, howedes, Ozil, Khedeira, hummells... England team included loach, cranie, cartermole, onouha...
England XI vs Italy: Hart, Clyne, Gibbs, Henderson, Smalling, Jagielka, Walcott, Jones, Kane, Rooney, Delph Jones in Midfield, really Roy
ok so positive things for england to learn tonight.... ermmmm... clyne can run all day cos he will be chasing his tail given that team selection. ermmmmmmmmmmmm.. jagielka is phoooked? ermmmm.... kane is not god and with a ****e team behind him he won't be able to do much.. just like rooney wont.
Rooney gets tackled fairly and loses the ball... Commentator "Looked like a foul...." Co-commentator "Yes, yes it did".
Phil McCunty: "Hardly a seeting cauldron inside the Juventus Stadium. More pre-season friendly." It's called a mid-season friendly, Phil
Well this is 5H1T. No fcking passing play and no tactical possession. Someone pass me a stanley knife...

Tbf England have played well despite the scoreline. I dont mind a loss if the performance is there. Much more productive than a shallow win. Our defence is still kamakazee though
Usual bs for the line up. Let's test players out up top but rather than letting them play alongside first team regulars so we can get a true picture we'll stick two in there and let them climb a mountain!
Reallt? Maybe because you're used to watching hoofball GC you forgot what a good performance actually looks like, but we've been so boring! Delph, Hendo, Jones/carrick, none of them are creative or run with the ball and we wonder why we do t create any chances
Ah come on we've played hardly any hoofball, if any. We've worked the ball with some good, fluid one touch passing. And that's been largely instigated by Carrick tbf. We just been a little unlucky in the final third but that will come.
The hoofball was aimed at United not england Weve be passed it ok, but not going anywhere with it, msinly all infront of Italy
