No idea, though if they do, I'm now going to boo the ****ers. <laugh>

I'd say a minutes silence for Jimmy McGill should be a bigger priority, but I doubt it will be.

Ironically, I've spent the past week bigging them up on Twitter without realising I was blocked.

I assume I got blocked for having a go at Les Hare for calling us Hull Tigers, but even then I didn't post anything offensive.

I might have to tweet 'Les Hare is a ****' every hour for a week to justify my ban. <laugh>

Aaron McLean did something similar to me.

My mate tagged him and Jay Simpson in a Tweet saying how they where going to fire us to promotion.

So I tweeted back we'd have no chance with McLean upfront.

Seems like Bruce agreed with me because he hardly played him.

Where did I say you couldn't or shouldn't express surprise? I simply expressed my view that the wearing of colours or insignia at such an event can be a positive show of support and respect, it is something much needed in football - rather than me reasoning for it, why do you believe it should not be? NFU have a very good idea of their level of support and they might well have been grateful and respectful to other football supporters turning up to support them, or enjoy their party, just as Wrexham might.
As for Allem, would you wear another regiment's tie, would it be appropriate if it were a school tie - this is a very old and basic convention, you turn up suited and booted with your own identifier to show your respect, you don't buy one of theirs and become one of them, because you aren't and it dilutes their own presence and identity, which should be special to them. But identity is unimportant to both you and Allam, isn't it.

Good for you, it's your choice.

My reasoning about the Allam tie is in my response to TOM - I believe we all have our own identities and allegiances and those colours/ties signify that - so who were the real NFU supporters and officials, were they easy to spot?

Could have worn something green or neutral.

Imagine City at wembley playing Sunderland and people turn up in Rovers shirts. Well it is Hull shirt.

That was for Ryan Kendall wasn't it? In any case, he should get it back.

I was a bit puzzled when Les said it had cost them a lot, I guess with all the suits, coach hire, hotel expenses etc it could add up, but it can't have come to more than 10k?

What a plank, and I'd always thought previously that he was a decent bloke. What's that old saying, money makes the world go round.

Les Hare will now be remembered as the bloke that sold out (his logical though process) for a mere £50k.

I wonder if it was a cheeky dig at our club, it was probably tongue in cheek knowing him. He's a good laugh, he knows how sensistive the issue is and wouldn't have put it up there seriously.

Unless of course, Forster has told him to do it for some, unknown reason...

They had to put out an apology when the club started getting battered on Twitter, but he didn't say it was a joke, or a mistake, just that he didn't mean to upset anyone.

Just a part of the protracted bitterness and corrupt influence of Assem Allan and his cronies.

I waz there...Good game, decent atmosphere....When NFU realised they were as good as Wreckham then there was only one team in it..At 3-2 NFU panicked (just like City) and gave them the equaliser...Penalties were the lottery it always is, but credit to NFU for taking them at the Wreckham end....
Take that you taffy gits...Booing our national anthem...What's all that about.?
