If this were true and it is because of his skin colour, how come he was successful as a player and so are so many other black players? Like the club think "well we can have black players in our team representing us every week, but manager? Not a chance."
People shouldn't be given a manager's job because they're black - it should be because they're the best candidate for the job regardless of skin colour.
Likewise, people shouldn't be denied a managers job because they're black, which is obviously happening.
