Apparently wasps attack more in late summer/early autumn because at this time of year they feed on over-ripe fruit which is fermenting. So they're drunk basically. They're nature's hooligans!

It has to be the brood parasite varieties of Cuckoo. They lay their eggs in the nests of other birds, the chick hatches first and kicks out the other eggs and the adoptive parents have to run round like blue arsed flies trying to feed the greedy bastard. Still, serves them right for not noticing they've hatched a baby cuckoo.

I live in the UK, and there are few if any Tasmanian Devils, Tigers, Lions, Bears, Honey Badgers, Hyenas etc roaming wild, so what do you propose?

Surely there's more reason to fear even a dog than there is a bee or a wasp?
