Haha In all seriousness, not sure how Flanno gets back into the team in this current system. Maybe as the RCB?
In the current system its difficult. I would play him RCB as I don't think he is physically strong enough for that position. I think the best position would be the RWB/RM role but only when we need to be more defensive minded. There are better options though. If we revert to a back four, Flanno is our best FB option.
I see him purely as the substitute who comes on if we need to strengthen our defense out wide, for example if our opponent has a really good winger and attacking full back on that side and Markovic/Ibe is getting bollocked or to restricted.
Mankiller isn't ours TBH, I don't see much difference between them so I'd favour Flanno since he is actually our player so its in our better interests to develop him more.
If Joe plays well, we will win. Last few matches he's looked one of the most comfortable on the ball. I think there's more to come as well. Could be a fine player.
Just watched the second half of Israel v Wales in Haifa. Allen played the 90 mins. But the real story is 0-3 to Wales ( Bale with two) and they go top of their group
Yes he did, knitting stuff together in midfield and closing down well when necessary. Wales defended from the front with a high pressing game that pushed the Israeli's right back. Dunno much about that Israeli side but they were very much second best today in their own yard. The question is: Are we going to see Wales qualify for a major tournament for the first time in yonks? Was it 58' in Sweden?
Yes. If we can get Bale, Joe and Ramsay on the pitcher the same time, coupled with Ash, Taylor and Davies at the back, we should win the group too
We're looking good at the moment but we've failed at th final hurdle so many times. With this squad though we should be qualifying, there's quality throughout.
Joe is a great player and an asset to any team, and we would have him back in a heart beat!..............
