You agree with certain facts that he's stated, like the rich paying more, but you can't say you agree with him if you only agree on the parts that are factual and not on the gist of his argument. "The Rich worked harder to get rich and that because they are paying more NI contributions that is Communism".

None. What you gave were facts, "rich people pay more in taxes". I've never said they don't, you can check. That does not mean I "agree" with Shergar though.

If we are talking strictly about NI contributions they they do pay more, most of them avoid tax in other ways but to a level that is unquantifiable.
I had one of them hats, bought off the army surplus stall when I used to work the markets. Itched like **** and didn't keep you warm at all. Also used to buy dirt cheap binoculars and photographic equipment etc off a couple of Russkies in the 80s. The quality was utter, utter ****e. We'd have skinned the ****s in a war, none of their nuclear arsenal would have been worth **** all if their cameras were anything to go by. We missed a trick there.
An acquaintance of mine was employed on this in the 80s http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BRIXMIS He said to me at the time that the Russian equipment was good, tanks and other armour, but their manpower and standard of soldiery was piss poor.
Quite surprised at that, I'd have thought it would be the other way round, ie hard bastards with rubbish equipment. That said, the T34 was one of the best tanks of WWII, and a Russian designed the AK47, so maybe not all their kit was ****. Wouldn't recommend buying a Lada though.
