Nothing arrogant about it. Just how it is

Those hoping for United to disappear were the arrogant ones. Idiots.

Saying it isn't arrogant doesn't actually make it not arrogant you know.

Hmm... you don't really know what arrogant means do you?

What both Diego and UiR are afraid of is that United could become like their enemy Liverpool !
Liverpool's dominance of the league is consigned to history, they haven't won it in over 20 years despite numerous managers spending vast amounts of money on players !
Liverpool fans back in their day were as arrogant as United's are now.

I remember United dropping out of the top division and I remember them not winning anything - so enjoy what you have won previously and then look forward with hope of being in with a chance of winning trophies instead of being arrogant pricks that expect it !
Pride comes before a fall - wise words as if you become like Liverpool then all your taunting of their fans will come back at you.

Let me calm your fears pal.

There is absolutely no chance that will happen.

    Dont you feel better now?

Thats what the Scousers said 20 odd years ago.

for your information there is always a chance of it happening.

i always feel better than you as I am not a Manc !
You are the ones that need to hope you don't sink to Liverpool's level of always talking about the good old days.

Liverpools were left behind on and off the pitch. Seeing as we lead the way quite comfortably off the pitch irs unlikelt we will pull a liverpool.

Of course there are no guarantees but the likelihood ranks alongside my chances of winning all the euromillions draws in April.

Hey, if it happens so what, we all said it could one day. What other people need to worry about is getting all excited because we have had one bad season whilst in transition, two years from now you can come back and say you told us all.

Football is a different game in 2015 compared to 1991. Utd's financial clout should ensure that the club is competing for the title in most seasons. It's unlikely that Utd will go 24 seasons or more without a title. But who knows? I don't think Utd fans are arrogant for believing that Utd won't go into such a decline that the title is out of reach for a long period of time. it's just realism.

Which, if we are honest, is very likely to happen.

    Again.

We can outspend any side on earth and pay more than any club. We make enough money to outright buy half of the top division clubs in the world and despite no Champioms League, have the highest revenues in England, 2nd/3rd in the world.

Weve just signed two deals worth 1.2billion.

    Its just common sense.

And yet for all the money you spent, you end up scrapping for 4th spot this year, and might just make it by the edge of your hairy balls, and end up tropyless. Lol, money well spent. Maybe you should go spend 50 million on Stewart Downing next, and while you're at it, sign Steven Fletcher for 45 million, and give him a 300k a week contract.

Scrapping for 4th ...and third too. Arsenal's CL position is not secure too. Neither is City's 2nd place. There is a 2 point difference between 2nd and fourth.and they still have to play each other.

This spending is not only for this season. The money spent has been for a few seasons as very few or indeed none have been bought for just one year. <ok>

And yet for all the money you have spent on Ozil, Sanchez and Welbeck, you are still scrapping for fourth and have a fair chance of missing out if Liverpool beat you next week lol lol lol, i would advise you to do the same with Downing and Fletcher but doubt you would know what to do with them.

He's used the thumbs up smiley though. Add in the laugh smiley and everyone would take it even more seriously.
