Ever had a pint in The Woolpack, if it is still open? I have, once. Not scary or anything just one of those council estate boozers where time stands still.
No. It's been shut a long time. They all are: The Flat Iron, The Wheatsheaf, The Church Inn, The Paddock. Closest open pub to the precinct now is The Winston on Churchill Way, though it's a den of iniquity if ever there was one. Soon enough, someone will get shot in there too, and it'll close like the rest. Last time I went for a drink after work I went to The Old Pint Pot and The Crescent near the Uni. They're not bad, full of students but pretty chilled.
...a smooth smoke. I can hear the tune now... dum, dum, dum, dum ...dum, dum, dum, dum Waitaminit. Were they calling us dumb?
no Shakespeare was talented unlike the Ayrshire syphilis ridden alchoholic woman beating tosser who was **** at poems.
The City of Westminster is in London. So bollocks. Edit; Should have read the rest of the thread. Didn't expect a manc to know anything about geography.
